Grade 10 and 11 students will be writing the new Numeracy Assessment. Please see the Graduation_Numeracy for more information on this assessment. Because this exam has both an online and a paper component and because of how the Ministry of Education distributes these materials to the school there are five sittings to accommodate the number of students required to write. Students must attend their designated exam time on the dates shown on the schedule link below. Further information and links to informative videos and an online sample numeracy exam are available at https://curriculum.gov.bc.ca/provincial-assessment/graduation/numeracy
Grade 12 students may write or rewrite their English 12 and/or Communications 12 Provincial Exam(s) on the dates shown on the schedule link below.
A more detailed schedule including room locations is posted at the school office.
Please contact the school if you have questions regarding the exams or the schedule.
Notes: All students must bring official picture ID (driver’s license, passport, etc) and their Go Card or PEN number.
Students must also bring a pen and a dark pencil to complete written sections of the numeracy exam and/or paper-based English or Communications exams.
Numeracy Exam – An online calculator is provided for student use; however, students may bring their own approved calculator. They should check with their math teacher in advance to determine if their calculator is acceptable. Cell/Smart phones CAN NOT be used as calculators.
