Raising Digitally Responsible Youth

Raising Digitally Responsible Youth, is intended to provide parents with the knowledge they need to protect their children from cyberbullying and other online threats, and teach them responsible and appropriate use of technology. Topics will include current social media apps and trends, research on brain development and technology, the long-lasting impact of “digital footprints”, and tips and tricks to use at home.

This session is best suited for parents of children currently in Grades 4 through 9. Nevertheless, please feel free to share the invitation with all of your parent community.

  • When: April 26th, 2018 at 7:00pm (Doors open at 6:30pm) This is a 90 minute presentation with a 30 minute Q & A period.
